1. The ornamental design for a medicine applying pet brush, as shown anddescribed.

FIG. 1 is an exploded front, top and side perspective view of the medicine applying pet brush showing my new design.

FIG. 2 is a reduced side elevational view thereof showing the cylindrical container in place inside the handle, with the opposite side being a mirror image.
