1. The ornamental design for a combined portable fan and spray bottle, asshown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of the combined portable fan and spray bottle;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view of the combined portable fan and spray bottle of the present invention;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view of the portable misting fan of the present invention, the opposite side being a mirror of that shown;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view of the combined portable fan and spray bottle of the present invention;

FIG. 5 is a top view of the combined portable fan and spray bottle of the present invention; and,
