1. The ornamental design for a flower pot hanger, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a flower pot hanger showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof with the opposite side being a mirror image; and,

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof.
