FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a sonar transducer mounting and pointing apparatus incorporating my design; the positioning of a sonar display on the apparatus is shown in phantom lines, which display does not form a part of my design;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is an enlarged top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is an enlarged bottom plan view thereof.
