1. The ornamental design for combined headband and ponytail holder, as shownand described.

Description:

FIG. 2 is a front perspective view thereof, the bottom perspective view being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a rear perspective view of a second embodiment of a combined headband and ponytail holder showing my new design, the difference being the gathered headband, the broken lines are for illustrative purposes;
