Claims:
1. The ornamental design for a plastic lumber board, as shown and described.
Description:
FIG. 1 is a top view of a plastic lumber board showing our new design, the plastic lumber board has been broken away in the center to disclose indeterminate length;
FIG. 2 is an end view thereof;
FIG. 3 is a bottom view thereof;
FIG. 4 is a side view thereof; and,
FIG. 5 is an enlarged fragmented side view showing the notches.
