1. The ornamental design for a combined slide and climber, as shown anddescribed.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined slide and climber showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevation view thereof that is a mirror image of the left side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevation view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a rear elevation view thereof.

The bottom is plain and unornamented.
