1. The ornamental design for a combined backpack and chair-pack, as shown anddescribed.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the design of the present invention as it appears when attached to a folding chair; the broken lines showing a folded chair being for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the invention as it appears when attached to a folding chair in the open position; the broken lines showing an unfolded chair, again being for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 3 is a top view of the invention;

FIG. 4 is a bottom view of the invention;

FIG. 5 is a view of the left side of the invention, the opposite side being a mirror image;

FIG. 6 is a rear view of the invention; and,
