1. The ornamental design for combined convertible trousers and shorts, asshown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of combined convertible trousers and shorts showing my new design in a flattened condition;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof shown in the condition of use, the right side being a mirror image;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view of FIG. 1, the trousers being converted to shorts;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 4; and,

FIG. 6 is a right side elevational view of FIG. 4, the left side being a mirror image.
