1. The ornamental design for a novelty display, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a novelty display showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view thereof, taken in the direction of the arrows along line 3--3 of FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof.
