1. The ornamental design for a swivel rack, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a swivel rack showing our new design; the rear being a mirror image;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view with the supporting arms in an alternate position, the side opposite being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of FIG. 2.
