1. The ornamental design for a vacuum cleaner with headlight, as shown anddescribed.

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is an enlarged front elevational view of the base thereof.

The electric cord is shown broken away in FIGS. 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 for ease of illustration and is understood to represent indeterminate length. The base is shown separately in FIG. 8 for clarity of illustration.
