1. The ornamental design for a handle for plumbing fixtures and accessories,as shown and described.
Description:
FIG. 1 is a perspective view taken from the top, front and right side of a handle for plumbing fixtures and accessories, showing my new design;
FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;
FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;
FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof; and,
FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side being a mirror image of the left side shown.
