1. The ornamental design for a folding chair, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a folding chair showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view;

FIG. 6 is a cross sectional view taken along the line A--A of FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is a right side elevational view, showing the chair in folded condition;

FIG. 8 is a left-front perspective view;

FIG. 9 is a right-rear perspective view;

FIG. 10 is a front perspective view, showing the seat in folded condition;

FIG. 11 is a front perspective view, showing the seat in folded condition and the sides in semi-folded condition; and,

FIG. 12 is a front perspective view thereof, showing the chair in folded condition.
