1. The ornamental design for a telescoping boat ladder, as shown anddescribed.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a top and front perspective view of a telescoping boat ladder showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side elevational view being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top perspective view thereof in a collapsed condition;

FIG. 8 is a top and front perspective view of a second embodiment of the telescoping boat ladder;

FIG. 9 is a side elevational view of FIG. 8;

FIG. 10 is a top plan view of FIG. 8;

FIG. 11 is a front elevational view of FIG. 8;

FIG. 12 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 8;

FIG. 13 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 8; and,
