Claims:
1. The ornamental design for a vehicle extendable side view mirror, as shownand described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the top, front and one end of a vehicle extendable side view mirror showing my new design in extended condition;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view thereof with the extendable panels in retracted condition;

FIG. 3 is an end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is an opposite end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom being a mirror image of that shown.
