1. The ornamental design for a golf chipping practice target, as shown anddescribed.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a golf chipping practice target, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, the other side being identical.
