1. The ornamental design for a tool caddy, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a tool caddy showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is an end elevational view thereof, the opposite end being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.
