Claims:
1. The ornamental design for an adjustable strap fastener, as shown anddescribed.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of an adjustable strap fastener showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is an end elevational view;

FIG. 3 is a cross sectional view taken along the lines 3--3 of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view;

FIG. 5 is an end elevational view of the end opposite that shown in FIG. 2;

FIG. 6 is a right side elevational view; and,

FIG. 7 is the cross sectional view of FIG. 3, shown with a belt to illustrate the design in a position of use.

The broken line showing of a belt in FIG. 7 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
