1. The ornamental design for a tool carrying tray, as shown and described.

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof; the rear elevational view being a mirror image;

FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view thereof; the right side elevational view being a mirror image;

FIG. 6 is a sectional elevational view thereof; taken along line 6--6 of FIG. 4; and,

FIG. 7 is a front elevational view partially showing in section along line 7--7 of FIG. 2.
