1. The ornamental design for a combination bib and lap tray, as shown anddescribed.

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a combination bib and lap tray showing my new design, the rear being a mirror image;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof shown assembled;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view of FIG. 2.

The broken lines in FIG. 1 represent fold lines.
