1. The ornamental design for a dog umbrella, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a dog umbrella showing my new design, it being understood that the broken lines are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, with the harness removed;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of FIG. 2;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of the harness thereof shown separately for convenience of illustration in a flattened condition;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view of FIG. 4;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view of FIG. 4;
