1. The ornamental design for a combined electric ceiling fan and light, asshown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a bottom perspective view of a combined electric ceiling fan and light, showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof, the opposite side being substantially a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevation view thereof; and

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.
