1. The ornamental design for a martial arts bar, as shown.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of a martial arts bar showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view with the design turned 90 degrees with respect to FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is another side elevational view of the side opposite that shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is an end elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is an end elevational view of the end opposite that shown in FIG. 4.
