Claims:
1. The ornamental design for a novelty figure made of rope, as shown anddescribed.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a novelty figurine showing my new design, the base shown in a broken lines for illustrative purposes only;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof taken from the right of FIG. 1, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a back elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view of a second embodiment of FIG 1, the difference residing in the placement of the eyes;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view of a third embodiment of FIG. 1, the difference residing in the configuration of the head and eyes.
