1. The ornamental design for a combined slow speed vertical air circulatingfan and light fixtures, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined slow speed vertical air circulating fan and light fixtures, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is an enlarged end elevation view thereof, the opposite end being a mirror image of that shown; and

FIG. 3 is an enlarged side elevation view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image of that shown.
