1. The ornamental design for a combined ceiling and and light fixture, asshown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined ceiling fan and light fixture, showing our new design.

FIG. 2 is a side elevation view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image of that shown.

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view of a combined ceiling fan and light fixture showing a second embodiment of our new design.

FIG. 5 is an enlarged side perspective view of the second embodiment, the opposite side being a mirror image of that shown.

The top plan view of the second embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment, shown in FIG. 3.
