1. The ornamental design for a panel siding bracket, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front, top and right side perspective view of a panel siding bracket showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view thereof, the side opposite being a mirror image;

FIGS. 3 and 4 are respectively front and rear elevational view thereof;

FIGS. 5 and 6 are respectively top and bottom plan views thereof;

FIG. 7 is a front, top and right side perspective view of a second embodiment thereof;

FIG. 8 is a left side elevational view thereof, the side opposite being a mirror image;

FIGS. 9 and 10 are respectively front and rear elevational views thereof; and

FIGS. 11 and 12 are respectively top and bottom plan views thereof.
