1. The ornamental design for a traffic channelizer, or the like, as shown anddescribed.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a top plan view of the traffic channelizer, or the like, and showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof, the opposite side being the same as illustrated in FIG. 3;

FIG. 4 is a side elvational view, the opposite side being the same as illustrated in FIG. 4;

FIG. 5 is a sectional view taken along the line 5--5 of FIG. 1; and

FIG. 6 is a top-front perspective view of the traffic channelizer.
