1. The ornamental design for a combined fishing reel and bait case, as shown.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined fishing reel and bait case showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view, the right side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof; and

FIG. 7 is a side elevational view of FIG. 4, with the bait case open and taken sectionally through the median of the combined case.
