1. The ornamental design for the tool box tray, as shown and described.

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevation thereof, the rear side elevation being a mirror image;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof; and

FIG. 5 is a right side elevation thereof, the left side elevation being a mirror image.
