1. The ornamental design for a portable radio telephone, as shown anddescribed.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a portable radio telephone in partly opened operative state;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIGS. 3 and 4 are respectively left and right side elevational views thereof;

FIGS. 5 and 6 are respectively top and bottom plan views thereof;

FIG. 7 is a sectional view taken on line VII--VII in FIG. 1 with an interior construction omitted;

FIG. 8 is a front elevational view thereof shown folded in non-operative status; and

FIG. 9 is a left side and front perspective view thereof as shown in FIG. 1, and with support stand opened.
