1. The ornamental design for a swivel chair, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a swivel chair, according to the present invention, the chair including arms;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view of the chair of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a side elevation view of the chair of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a rear perspective view of the chair of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevation view of the chair of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a front perspective view of a modified form of the chair of FIG. 1, without arms;

FIG. 7 is a front elevation view of the chair of FIG. 6;
