Claims:
1. The ornamental design for a portable handset radio telephone, as shown anddescribed.

Description:

FIGS. 1 and 2 are respectively front and rear elevational views of a portable handset radio telephone showing my new design with the hinged transmitter in opened position;

FIGS. 3 and 4 are respectively left and right side elevational views thereof;

FIGS. 5 and 6 are respectively top and bottom plan views thereof;

FIGS. 7 and 8 are respectively cross-sectional views of taken on the lines VIII of FIG. 1 and on the lines VII of FIG. 1 thereof, with interior construction omitted;

FIGS. 9 and 10 are respectively front, right side and bottom perspective views thereof, with the hinged transmitter in opened position in FIG. 9 and in closed position in FIG. 10; and,

FIG. 11 is a front, right side and bottom perspective views of a second embodiment thereof in opened operative position, with the differences in the embodiment, vis-a-vis the first, being display of the antenna in extended position and with the display panel and sundry pushbuttons showing conventional operative indicia.
