1. The ornamental design for a frame for a chair, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a frame for a chair showing my design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view on a reduced scale, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of the chair frame of FIG. 2;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view of the chair frame of FIG. 2; and

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.
