1. The ornamental design for a game scoring board, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a game scoring board incorporating the present ornamental design;
FIG. 2 is a front view thereof, the rear view being identical to the front view;
FIG. 3 is an end view thereof, the other end view being identical therewith; and
FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof.
