1. The ornamental design for a window bird feeder, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a window bird feeder showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom being substantially similar in appearance; and

FIG. 6 is a rear perspective view thereof.
