1. The ornamental design for a combined hobby cabinet and workbench, as shownand described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined hobby cabinet and workbench showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view with the front lid removed and the top lid in open position for convenience of illustration;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view;
