1. The ornamental design for a wire de-reeling pail, as shown and described.
Description:
FIG. 1 is a top and right front perspective view of a wire de-reeling pail showing our new design;
FIG. 2 is a side view thereof, the other side having the same appearance;
FIG. 3 is a front elevation thereof, the other side having the same appearance;
