1. The ornamental design for a packaging container, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is an elevational view of a packaging container showing my new design, the opposite side being the same in appearance;

FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view; and

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof.
