1. The ornamental design for a packaging container, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of a packaging container showing our new design, the view from the left, right and opposite sides being identical;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view; and

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view.

The central circle in FIG. 2 represents an opening in the top of the packaging container.
