1. The ornamental design for portable electronic computer, as shown anddescribed.

FIG. 1 is a right side elevational view of a portable computer showing my new design, the cover being removed from the keyboard and the legs opened to a supporting position;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof taken along lines 2--2 of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof taken along lines 3--3 of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof taken along lines 5--5 of FIG. 1;
