1. The ornamental design for a combined hand scrubber and scraper, as shownand described.
Description:
FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of a combined scrubber and scraper, showing my new design;
FIG. 2 is a right end elevational view thereof;
FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;
FIG. 4 is a partial perspective view of a second embodiment of a combined hand scrubber and scraper, wherein the only difference resides in the configuration of the scraper;
FIG. 5 is a partial right side elevational view thereof; and,
FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1.
