1. The ornamental design for a radar monitor, as shown and described.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the radar monitor showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevation thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevation taken along arrow 4 in FIG. 2;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevation taken along arrow 5 in FIG. 2;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof; and

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof.
