1. The ornamental design for a combined covered pail and detachable rim, asshown and described.

FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a combined covered pail and detachable rim showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the top of the lid;

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the bottom of the lid;

FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the top of the rim;

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the bottom of the rim;

FIG. 6 is a front perspective view of the pail, similar to FIG. 1, with the lid removed;
