1. The ornamental design for a housing for a busy lamp display unit, as shown.

FIG. 2 is a front elevation thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image of the side shown;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof; and
