1. The ornamental design for a Venetian blind hold-down bracket, as shown anddescribed.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view taken from the front, top and right side of a Venetian blind hold-down bracket showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side being the mirror image;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a perspective view taken from the rear, top and right side of another embodiment of the Venetian blind hold-down bracket;

FIG. 8 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side being the mirror image;

FIG. 10 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 11 is a top plan view thereof.
