1. The ornamental design for a toilet training chair, as shown and described.

Description:

FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view taken from the top front and right side of children's toilet training chair showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof, showing the urinal mounted on the side opposite that shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view of FIG. 2; and

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of FIG. 2.
