1. The ornamental design for a circular anastomosis surgical stapler, as shownin the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 is a side perspective view of a circular anastomosis surgical stapler showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevation thereof;

FIG. 3 is an end elevation as seen from the left of FIG. 1;
