1. The ornamental design for a combined door and handle, as shown anddescribed.

Description:

FIG. 1 is a perspective inside view of one embodiment of a combined door and handle showing my new design.

FIG. 2 is an outside front elevational view of the door and handle illustrated in FIG. 1.

FIG. 3 is a right end view of the door and handle illustrated in FIG. 1.

FIG. 4 is a left end view of the door and handle illustrated in FIG. 1.

FIG. 5 is a top view of the door and handle illustrated in FIG. 1.

FIG. 6 is a bottom view of the door and handle illustrated in FIG. 1.

FIG. 7 is an inside perspective view of an alternative embodiment of the door and handle, having shorter horizontal handle portions than that illustrated in FIG. 1, but being otherwise similar to that illustrated in FIG. 1, in all other respects.
